What does each product do? 

So much! To keep it simple, the Body Cleanser removes dirt and sweat from the skin leaving your skin clean. Our Sugar Scrubs exfoliate, removing dead skin and softening your skin as well. The Whipped Body Butter is a rich body moisturizer with the consistency of butter. And our Body Oil is a lightweight body moisturizer perfect for protecting skin and sealing in hydration.

 

Can I use the Sugar Scrub and/or Whipped Butter on my face?

BeYoutiful Body Co. products are formulated to deliver the best experience and results for your body. Please do not attempt to use the Sugar Scrub or Whipped Body Butter on your face.

 

How big are the products?

Our Sugar Scrubs and Body Cleansers are 10 ounces, our Whipped Butters and Body Milk products are 8 ounces. All products are measured by weight and we currently offer each product in one size.

 

Are the products cruelty free?

Absolutely! Our products are not tested on animals and they don't contain ingredients derived from animals. We are cruelty free and vegan friendly.

 

How often are products restocked?

Products are restocked 1-2x monthly. If a product you'd like to order is out of stock, feel free to use the Notify Me option to receive an email or text as soon as the item is restocked.

 

What is the most popular product/scent?

Papaya + Turmeric w/ Lemon is theee best! Areas on your body where you experience hyperpigmentation can benefit from the skin toning properties of the turmeric oil and papaya seed oil. With a lovely fresh lemon scent, this natural blend has been our top seller since it's launch in 2020.

  

FAQs About Placing An Order

Is there an installment payment option?

Yes! We offer Shop Pay installments as a payment method during checkout.

  

How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipment confirmation email after your order has been processed. This will include the tracking number which can be used to track your package.

 

How long does it take for my order to ship?

All orders have a processing time of 3 - 5 business days from the day the order is placed. When your order has been processed and is ready to ship, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number and shipping details.

 

What's the return policy?

We are committed to offering adequate solutions to all customer concerns. At this moment we do not offer refunds, this includes the cancellation of orders placed as well. Please send an email to info@beyoutifulbodyco.com for all questions and concerns regarding your order.

 

How can I correct/alter my shipping address or email address?

Shipping addresses and email addresses can be changed by sending an email to info@beyoutifulbodyco.com.

This email must include the order number and the information you'd like to have updated on the order. Also, we must be notified by email before the order has been shipped.
